If we print your shirts wrong, we'll redo them right. If we print your order wrong because of an error on our end, we'll reprint or replace your order for free.
If it becomes a rush job because we messed up for you, we'll rush the printing as much as we can (faster shipping at your expense). You are responsible for sending the bad shirts back to us. If your order is wrong because you didn't proof the images we sent you, or you picked out the wrong color, brand, size, etc, we'll work with you to reprint them, but we accept no responsibility for the error.
If your order is wrong because of an error on our end, send them back and we'll work out a solution. If they're wrong because of an error on your end, we do not offer a refund or credit. If you'd like to cancel your order, you are responsible for whatever work or inventory we've put into your job up to that point. You are also responsible for a 10% cancellation fee, which is ten percent of your total order.
